Delivery Times and Prices
Delivery times are normally between 5 - 7 days, depending on the item and how busy we are in the studio. During peak times, such as Christmas, items may take longer. If you have a special date that you would like your gift by please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
You may be required to pay import duties on receipt of your goods anywhere outside of the UK. Please be aware that these are your responsibility and Chantal Devenport Designs cannot be held liable or responsible for any tariffs imposed in order for you to receive your goods.
Please do order carefully and with due diligence as we regret we cannot accept returns for personalised items unless they arrive damaged or are faulty. In the unlikely event this should happen, you must contact us within 5 working days of receiving the parcel, either by phone on 07515 914058 or by email at email@example.com. The parcel must be returned within 30 days with the original packing. We will do our best to send you your replacement items as soon as possible.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Once you have contacted us, please obtain a Certificate of Posting (as we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us).

We accept credit cards and cheques. You may pay by credit card on our website. You may pay also pay by credit card over the phone. If payment is made by cheque we will print and despatch the order once the cheque has cleared.
